Spring Elections Timeline

Officers

• Officer Candidates must schedule and attend a mandatory prospective officer meetings by appointment the week of March 3/18.  Please email gslmu@lmu.edu to schedule an appointment with the Elections Committee to review guidelines
• Officer Candidate declaration paperwork must be turned in by 5pm on Monday 3/25
• Officer Candidate platform statement, headshot, and information turned in by 5pm Tuesday 3/26
• The election is online from Tuesday – Thursday April 2nd – 4th, 2013.  The polls will open at 9 am on the 2nd  and close on the 4th at 9pm.
• Elected Officers will be announced on Tuesday April 9th

Senators/Committee Members

• Candidates must schedule and attend a mandatory prospective officer meetings by appointment the week of March 3/25.  Please email gslmu@lmu.edu to schedule an appointment with the Elections Committee to review guidelines and sign documents
• April 4th is due date for committee and senator applications to be submitted to the GSLMU website
• Senators and Committee applications will be reviewed and prospective members will be interviewed by the new board following the election.  Decisions on the Cabinent will be made by April 16th.
